The
designer of the Maine Lobster Platter, is an acclaimed painter who grew
up in New York but has lived in Maine for several decades. Most of the
year Roland lives on Maine ’s southern shore. They spend part
of the winter in the renowned city of San Miguel de Allende, in the
northern highlands of Mexico.
